The Silver Compass
On a cloudy day, Emma and Jake were walking through the village when they found an old silver compass lying on the ground. It seemed to glow with a faint light. "Where do you think this leads?" Jake asked, holding the compass in his hand. Emma looked at the compass carefully and noticed strange markings on it. "I think it’s magical. Let's follow it!" she said excitedly. The compass needle began to point in a direction they had never explored before. They followed the needle through the woods, crossing rivers and climbing hills. Finally, after hours of walking, they reached a hidden cave, inside which was a chest filled with gold and jewels. "We’ve found treasure!" exclaimed Jake, amazed. Their adventure had just begun.
